Known as much for her plastic surgery as she is for her comedy, Joan Rivers is one of the true classics of comedy. With her brash manner, loud voice, and sometimes obnoxious personality, she was one of the ground breaking women comedians and went on to inspire many other women comedians after her. She pokes great fun at herself and has had a hugely successful career. Some of her earlier albums that she put out are her funniest as well as her early films such as “The Swimmer” and “Spaceballs.” Still though, she sounds great on vinyl, so much so you can’t help but laugh.
