Art Pepper

Art Pepper, an alto saxophonist, began his career in the 1940’s and was quickly recognized as one of the leading alto saxophonists in jazz. Second only to Charlie Parker in his field, he is associated with the West Coast jazz movement. His most famous albums “Art Pepper Meets the Rhythm Section” and “Getting’ Together” are still hugely popular today and can be heard on vinyl.
