The Foundations, a British soul band, were best known for their number one UK hit “Baby Now That I’ve Found You.” A popular hit in the US, “Build Me Up Buttercup,” The Foundations were the first multi-racial group to have a number 1 hit in the UK in the 1960’s which was huge back then. Although only active for three years, The Foundations have made an impression on music everywhere and continue to sound great on vinyl even now.
