  • The Wild, the Innocent & the E Street Shuffle

In the history of rock-n-roll music, “The Wild, the Innocent and the E Street Shuffle” is one of the best.  With the second album from Bruce Springsteen, he was slowly but surely gaining more attention for his excellent song writing and singing ability.  Released in 1973, the album contains the song “Rosalita (Come Out Tonight)” which is one of his most popular in the first decade of his career.  It was critically acclaimed but still didn’t get the commercial success he was longing for.  But after he did get that success, fans and critics recognized this album for what it was; pure genius by The Boss himself.  Ranked #132 on Rolling Stone’s list of the 500 greatest albums of all time, this album has it all; rock and roll, a powerful love ballad and everything in between.  All in all, it is a must have album by Springsteen.
