Delfonics
With popular 60’s and 70’s songs such as “La-La (Means I Love You)” and “Ready or Not Here I Come”, the Delfonics were a popular singing group with a variety of sounds. Their songs were used widely in films such as the movie “Jackie Brown” where their music became a pivotal part of the plot. Although they didn’t receive much commercial success during their time, they developed a huge cult following after the movie premiered and their songs have been covered by many of the best Hip Hop & Rap artists of today. Listening to the Delfonics on vinyl you can see how under appreciated they really were.
