Tower of Power is a 10 member horn based soul band that came about in 1970. Their breakout album “Tower of Power” is still one of their most popular selling and sounds amazing on vinyl. Critically acclaimed for their unique look and sound, Tower of Power put together 18 albums throughout their career. Although their music went more towards funk rather than soul, Tower of Power was well known for their ballads and even some disco music. They remain active today and still tour worldwide, with a mixture of musicians over the years.
