    • Golden Years

    In 1983 David Bowie released another compilation album by the name of “Golden Years.”  At this point in his career Bowie had become quite commercially successful around the world and to capitalize on this fame and to show off earlier works, he released this album almost as an afterthought, but one that was worth it.  It includes his hit singles such as “Fashion” and “Golden Years.”  More electronica music than anything, he shed his rocker image and went underground so to speak to fill this album with high energy music that was popular in dance clubs at the time.
