  • Lenny Kravitz

Lenny Kravitz is a man of many talents—and Grammy Awards. The singer, songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist won Best Male Rock Vocal Performance four years in a row (1999-2002) for his hits “Fly Away,” “American Woman” (originally a hit for the Guess Who), “Again,” and “Dig In.” But this was after he had shattered the late ’80s music landscape with the surprise success of his retro-sounding debut, Let Love Rule, penned a hit song for Madonna with “Justify My Love,” and enjoyed his own mega hits with the classic rock-inspired “Are You Gonna Go My Way” and the ’70s soul ballad “It Ain’t Over ‘Til It’s Over.” Greatly influenced by Prince, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Wonder, Curtis Mayfield, Bob Marley, and the Beatles, Kravitz is made for vinyl.
