Known for his laidback island lifestyle and equally laidback music, Jimmy Buffet is a singer, songwriter, and businessman who has made a huge name for himself in the music industry. He has one of the largest fan bases in the world who call themselves “Parrotheads” and has come up with a song that was rated number 234 on the songs of the century list. This is of course “Margaritaville” but he has had many other notable hits such as “Cheeseburger in Paradise” and “Come Monday.” Jimmy Buffet has won several awards, with three of them coming from the Country Music Association and the Academy of Country Music for “It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere.” Jimmy Buffet’s music sounds so relaxing and carefree on vinyl.
