Buddy Holly was a pioneer of rock and roll and an all around enjoyable singer. It may be surprising to know that his commercial success only lasted about a year and a half but during that time he literally changed the world of music. With songs such as “Peggy Sue,” “Valley of Tears” and “Think it Over.” Influenced by Elvis, Buddy Holly set out to change the face of music and he truly did. Becoming highly influential, many of his songs were covered by other artists. There is nothing like listening to Buddy Holly’s singing on vinyl.
