Henry Purcell
An English Baroque composer and organist, Henry Purcell was often called England’s finest native composer. With Italian and French elements added into his Baroque music, Henry Purcell has been composing since the age of nine. He composed many famous works such as Aureng-Zebe and The Libertine in which the chorus is still performed today. Listening to Henry Purcell on vinyl is an incredible way to spend an evening.
