Quintet/Sextet
Once again we hear the beauty of Miles Davis in his album Quintet/Sextet. A collaboration of Miles Davis and Milt Jackson, this album was originally released during August 5, 1955. Under the record label OJC/Fantasy Records, this album shows the unique chemistry Jackson and Davis have when playing together. Slightly different compared to other albums, you get a light feeling from this CD as you hear the vibraphone of Jackson. So be ready for a different but nevertheless very satisfactory feeling as you get this album. See a different side of Davis as he plays alongside an artist whose style is very different from his own.
