Aliens is a 1986 science fiction action film directed by James Cameron. A sequel to the 1979 film Alien, Aliens is set fifty-seven years after the first film and is regarded by many film critics as a benchmark for the action and science fiction genres.The Alien series is one of the most popular of all time, as is the music from the Alien soundtrack. The score to the film Alien, composed by Jerry Goldsmith, is considered one of his best. Bleak and intense, it fits the films perfectly. One of the best soundtracks to the Alien film was “Alien Resurrection” which came form the Alien: Resurrection film. Composed by John Frizzel, the soundtrack features more romantic themes the fans really loved. All three of the Alien scores sound amazing on vinyl where you can really appreciate how deep and powerful they really are.
