After 1996’s Crash established the band’s place in the mainstream with hits like “Crash Into Me” and “So Much to Say,” DMB had five consecutive albums debut at number one on the charts. Described as a more pop-oriented Grateful Dead, the Dave Matthews Band stands out for its members’ instrumental virtuosity and diverse range of influences. Their eclectic, violin-driven folk-rock jams really shine on vinyl.
